Classic Bottoms Up: Ankles spread at pipe ends, wrists locked to center clamp. Subject bends forward at waist. Slide clamp higher on pipe for deeper bend, lower for easier hold.

Reversed Exposure: Turn them around—facing away from the anchor point creates a different vulnerability. Same restraint, new perspective.
